Form Builder
By activating this feature in the form builder, you can specify a particular field (such as national ID, mobile number, or email) as a unique code. In this case, each person will only be able to complete and submit the form with a unique code, preventing duplicate registrations.

How it Works:
  1. When designing the form, select a suitable field (e.g., "National ID").
  2. In the field settings, enable the "Unique Code" option.
  3. When receiving the form, the form checks the value of the "Unique Code" field.
  4. If this value has already been registered in the system, the form submission is prevented, and an error message is displayed to the user.
Advantages:
  • Preventing Duplicate Registrations: Prevent the creation of duplicate and invalid information in your system.
  • Maintaining Data Integrity: By ensuring the uniqueness of information, maintain the integrity and consistency of the data.
  • Applying Restrictions: You can easily apply restrictions to any field, including the number of characters, format, etc.
Applications:
  • Registration for Events and Conferences: Preventing multiple registrations of individuals for an event.
  • Surveys and Information Gathering Forms: Preventing duplicate responses from one person.
  • Competitions and Raffles: Ensuring the fair participation of all participants and preventing fraud.
