Department of Civil Affairs of Qeshm Persian Gulf Bio-Technology Park is responsible for planning to provide physical spaces of park in order to develop and expand required functional spaces and take action regarding securing required construction credits, holding tenders and concluding contracts with consultant and contractor companies for construction projects. Examining the status and financial items of construction projects, monitoring and coordinating the implementation of safety and required projects, monitoring implementation of construction and facility projects, as well as basic repairs and maintenance of buildings in different units of park, monitoring the preparation of construction plans, reviewing the construction plans and proposals of development and construction center units according to priorities, facilities, and approved credits based on approved directives and instructions and following up budget of construction projects until final stage, preparing land and preparing master plan for park.
