Financial affairs department is responsible for promoting awareness in field of financial, transactional, property and tax laws, regulations, rules and approvals and monitoring their implementation through appropriate means. Supervising the way of committing and financing expenses in form of approved budget and matching it with current budget plans and construction plans, monitoring the way of spending the budget, controlling expenses, accounts, current and construction credits and dedicated revenues. It includes maintaining credit accounts and following up on their provision according to approved materials and programs, performing all financial affairs related to established companies, including the financial affairs of contracts, paying facilities to established companies, performing company settlement affairs, etc.
